Unique blend of comfort, excellent service, exquisite taste, excellent location, all at a reasonable price. Bravo!!!

Maybe a warm porridge could be added to the breakfast menu? Maybe a few more utensils could be added to the in-room kitchenette? (Plates, bowls, a pot?)

Good place. Will def reconsider when I go back to Bolzano

Bang on in the centre of the old town. BIG room.

No lift. Lots of staris. I know others have said it but needs to be re-said. Though not a big negative, if at all, the room has no desk/table to do some work on if needed.

the location is very good， just in the centre of the city，close to train station and sites but quite at night. the crew team is very nice and friendly, the room is big, clean and comfortable. Very good choice to stay in Bolzano.

The room was fabulous. Very nice decorated . It was very well heated . We didnt feel cold at all. The location is superb. Very central yet quiet . The bed was very comfy. I really loved everything about the building and the decoration. Really worth the stay

The only negative I could say is that it is a bit expensive .300 euros per night without breakfast . I find it a bit expensive. However Bolazno is an expensive city..

Elegantly renovated property in the city center of Bolzano. We loved our stay, every inch of this place was so lovely! Breakfast is really good with fresh local products. We highly recommend booking this accommodation.

Very nice hotel in the center of Bolzano. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations.

I liked the location, being in the center of a vibrant, beautiful town. The parking underground garage was not far away. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely furnished and very comfortable. I enjoyed the roof patio for drinks before dinner.

A great stop-over destination when you travel across the alps

Great location, very friendly and efficient team members. Value is good given the location and time of travel.

The furniture in the room is way to low to be comfortable. The seats were made for children which made the relaxing in the room not great. The sink also was very low and light in the bathroom could be brighter.

Spacious, comfortable, modern and clean townhouse that’s perfectly equipped.

Great location close to the square, shops, restaurant, park and train station.

I loved the rustic floors, but it might help to smooth them out and give them a coating. I had a bit of an allergic reaction, and I believe it might have been from the dust coming from the wooden floors.

Comfortable and roomy apartment in the heart of Bolzano.

Beautiful design forward hotel in the perfect location to wander around Bolzano. The apartment was incredibly spacious with everything you would need. We only stayed one night so didn't get to take full advantage, but the room had a full kitchen and laundry. You do have to walk (about 5-10 minutes)from the car park to the hotel on cobblestone streets so be prepared to carry your luggage. There is a new lift to certain floors in the hotel, so if luggage and stairs will be a problem, request a room with lift access. Don't miss the tiny roof deck with excellent views over the city. Overall, nice stay and would recommend if you're in Bolzano.

The bathroom decor was quite sparse and the color made it feel like a hospital bathroom. Compared to the lovely design of the rest of the hotel, this felt like an afterthought but it was clean and roomy.

Stunning hotel in the middle of Bolzano. The location cannot be beat. Their attention to detail is A+.

Stunning property, clean, excellent location

We stayed in room 10, which was absolutely stunning. If you stay in room 10 you have to be prepared to climb many flights of stairs to get to & from the room. It is secluded & quiet!
